working principle
When the machine starts to work, the metering valve of the main barrel opens according to the time value calculated by the set weight value and the amount of the metering valve. When the blanking time is reached, the metering valve is closed to detect the weight of the weighing pan. If the material value is within the error range, switch to the next barrel for measurement, and repeat this cycle until all barrels are finished. After the blanking is completed, the weighing pan valve is opened, the raw materials fall into the mixing tank and start the agitator to start mixing, until the set mixing time is reached, the agitator stops mixing, manually open the baffle plate or automatically open the discharge valve to make mixing The raw materials of the barrel fall into the injection molding machine or the storage barrel, and so on.
